Griffin Capital Corporation purchased a 100,273 square foot office building at 3535 E. Valencia Rd. in Tucson from First Health Group Corp through a sale-leaseback transaction for $21,564,689.  The property is leased to Aetna Life Insurance Company, which is an affiliate of one of the nation’s leading diversified health care benefits companies. As part of the sale-leaseback transaction, the tenant executed a new, 10-year lease at the property.  The tenant and its affiliates have been an occupant at the property since it was constructed as a build-to-suit in 2001. Griffin Capital has engaged C&W | PICOR to manage the asset with Gail Davis, CPM, as Property Manager.
