4400 Broadway, LLC purchased a Class-A, 8-story office tower at 4400 E. Broadway in Tucson from 4400 Tower, LLC for $8,125,000.  The 121,398 square foot tower is also known as the “Bank of Tucson Building” due to its main tenant.
