Corsair Management, L.P. purchased the 28,000 square foot industrial building at 4670 S. Palo Verde in Tucson from LOPA Management for $2,650,000. The building was leased to Gerber Collision and Glass for one of their three Tucson locations.  Russ Hall, SIOR, GSCS and Stephen D. Cohen, Principals and Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller. Henry Wildermuth with Available Properties, Inc. represented the buyer in this transaction.
