Michael and Janet Gompper purchased a 5,786 square foot industrial building at 831 E. 47^th St. in Tucson from BOKF, National Association for $325,000.  The building is leased to Portable, Practical Education Preparation or PPEP, Inc., a non-profit 501(c)(3).  Project PPEP’s mission is to “improve the quality of rural life.”  Stephen Cohen and Russell Hall, SIOR, GSCS, Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the buyer.
