A native of Denver, Allan Mendelsberg came to Tucson in 2004 to begin his career in commercial real estate. After a short period with Marcus & Millichap, Allan joined PICOR to develop the Manufactured Housing Branch. Allan’s focus is mobile home parks in the Southwestern, United States. In addition to manufacturing housing brokerage, Allan concentrates on apartment complexes in the Tucson area. His clients range from small private investors to REITs. He believes his success stems from being a client first broker with the drive and passion to think one step ahead of the transaction process.
