Apartment & Investment Sales
Bob joined PICOR in October 2006 after five years with Bourn Partners LLC where he earned the top sales producer position in 2004 and 2005 while concentrating in the sale of apartment and investment properties. Bob focuses his work on the brokerage of Multi Family investments serving the needs of local, regional and national apartment owners and investors. In addition to multi family investments Bob works in investment sales representing owners of industrial, office, retail as well as triple net (NNN) leased investment real estate.
Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Bob was a successful options market maker on the floor of the New York Mercantile Exchange and the Comex, trading crude oil, heating oil and gasoline options. In 1995 Bob moved to Tucson to become president and principal owner of MCHC Inc., a carbide cutting tool manufacturer selling to national and international metals manufacturing and machining companies. Bob successfully sold the company in late 1999.
