After five plus years at CBRE in Tucson and two years at NAI Norris Beggs & Simpson in Portland, Oregon, Brandon joined PICOR’s industrial division in 2011. Brandon’s productivity speaks for itself, averaging 64 transactions per year for the most recent 5 years. Prior to his commercial real estate career, Brandon worked in the customer-facing role of project manager and IT consultant for firms such as Arthur Anderson and Hitachi Consulting. Brandon’s real estate career has earned him high praise from his clients, and he is known for his strong work ethic and active client relationships.
Brandon’s area of focus is industrial property in the Tucson Metro area. He represents transactions of all types within this category: Investment and user sales as well as leasing. His clients include small, local companies as well as large regional and national firms. His current emphasis is on dispossessions of bank REO assets.
