Property Manager
Chuck Holden joined PICOR in 2004 as a Property Manager. He started his career in property management in 1979 and brings to the team years of commercial property management and leasing experience gained with several nationally prominent property management and development firms. His experience includes assignments in both the California and Arizona markets.
Mr. Holden currently manages a portfolio consisting of office and medical office properties for an institutional non-profit organization.
