Director of Property Management
Eileen Lewis leads PICOR’s property management division and is one of 13 principals. She joined PICOR in 1994 as a property manager and became Director of Property Management in early 2007. She began her Tucson commercial real estate career in 1986.
A long-time Tucsonan, Ms. Lewis has managed a portfolio of industrial, retail, and office buildings for private and institutional investors, and she became one of 13 shareholders in the firm in 2001. Prior to becoming a shareholder, she was the 1996, 1997, 2001 and 2002 recipient of PICOR’s Property Manager of the Year award and the 1998 recipient of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Greater Tucson’s Principal Member of the Year award. Ms. Lewis was the recipient of PICOR’s President’s Award for Excellence in 2005, the company’s highest honor.
