Property Manager
Mona Deane joined PICOR three years ago. She has over twenty years of work experience in the commercial real estate industry. Her portfolio throughout the years has included office, industrial and retail properties for asset and fee property management. Mona’s responsibilities include budget preparations, tenant account reconciliations, tenant and vendor relations, maintenance and contract supervision, property inspections and financial administration. Some of her major clients include the Rockefeller Group, GE Capital and the University of Central Florida. Mona is a member of BOMA of Greater Tucson, where she is a member of the Board of Directors and Past President.
