The following is an account of the Tucson market’s top 10 retail lease transactions for the third quarter 2011.

Whole Foods renewed 44,000 square feet for 20 years in Casas Adobes Plaza at 7119-7133 N Oracle Road in Tucson. Richard Shenkarow and Denise Lau of Shenkarow Realty Advisors represented the landlord in-house. The tenant did not use a broker in the transaction.

Skechers USA leased 8,581 square feet in Campbell Fair Plaza at 3175 N Campbell Ave. in Tucson. Greg Furrier of PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant and the landlord, Campbell Avenue Shopping.

Planet Fitness leased 6,616 square feet for 122 months in Rooney Ranch at 10525 N Oracle Road in Oro Valley. Chris Gerow, Shelby Tworek and Gabriel Ortega of NAI Horizon represented the tenant. James Gardner of Barclay Group represented the landlord in-house.

Will’s General Automotive Repair LLC leased the entire 5,610-square-foot property for five years at 4734 E Speedway Blvd. in Tucson. Gordon Wagner of Coldwell Banker represented the tenant. Pete Villaescusa and Jesse Peron of CBRE represented the landlords, Jack K. & Dianne R. Belin.

Premises Park leased the entire 5,000-square-foot building at 400 W Speedway Blvd. in Tucson. There were no brokers involved in the transaction.

Trek Bicycle Corp. leased 4,515 square feet in Campbell Fair Plaza at 1800-1898 E Fort Lowell Ave. in Tucson. Greg Furrier of PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant and the landlord, Campbell Avenue Shopping.

Paradise Bakery & Café leased 4,500 square feet at 6129 E Broadway Blvd. in Tucson. Nancy McClure of CBRE represented the tenant and the landlord, Kivel Realty Investments.

Poster Warehouse/Framed To Perfection leased 4,273 square feet in The Village On Broadway at 2900 E Broadway Blvd. in Tucson. Nancy McClure of CBRE represented the landlord, HLF Properties.

Premier Back Yard Services, Inc. leased 4,240 square feet in Broadway Center at 5602-5660 E Broadway Blvd. in Tucson. Dave Hammack of Volk Company represented the tenant. Greg Furrier of PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord in-house.

Verizon leased 4,037 square feet in Plaza Square at 1927 E Speedway Blvd. in Tucson. Pete Villaescusa and Jesse Peron of CBRE represented the landlord, Malisewski Enterprises.
