Tucson Market StatsThe following is an account of the Tucson market’s select top five industrial lease transactions for second quarter 2012.

SOLON America renewed 101,226 square feet in Tucson Commerce Center II at 6950 S Country Club Road in Tucson. The tenant did not have a broker in the transaction. Stephen Cohen and Russ Hall of PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation.

Architectural Elements LLC leased the entire 31,862-square-foot building at 1440 S Euclid Ave. in Tucson. Alan Moore of Chapman Lindsey Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant. Pat Welchert of PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, 20th Street 691 LLC.

Industrial Metal Supply leased 22,550 square feet in Butterfield Business Center at 3757 E Columbia St. in Tucson. Brandon Clarke and Rod Beach of Cresa represented the tenant. Stephen Cohen and Russ Hall of PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Kathryn Gardner.

TPS Builders leased the entire 12,664-square-foot building at 2699 E Valencia Road in Tucson. PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services represented both sides of the transaction. Paul Hooker represented the tenant, while Rob Glaser represented the landlord, Palice Investments 2699.

Latitude Engineering leased the entire 11,704-square-foot property at 744 S Euclid Ave. in Tucson. The tenant did not have a broker in the transaction. Pat Welchert of PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, 744 Euclid LLC.
