After a 20-plus-year career in the healthcare field, Mary Lou obtained her real estate license to put her knowledge and experience in property management to work. Formerly with a large multi-site hospital system, Mary Lou brings numerous years of managing vendor relations, tenant improvement projects, leasing, real estate management, and development in commercial settings to inform her work with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR. Her commercial mixed portfolio includes government and retail offices. Mary Lou values relationships with all property stakeholders and puts people first with a focus on servant leadership. A Tucson resident since 1993, she loves the great outdoors and spending time with family.
