Aerial Segard launched her real estate career in residential real estate in Oklahoma in 2009. After gaining valuable experience, she transitioned to serve as the Housing Director at the New York Film Academy in Burbank, California, where she successfully completed an intensive program in acting and screenwriting.

After nearly a decade in Los Angeles and living abroad, Aerial relocated to Tucson, where she worked with a local residential and commercial management company. This experience set the stage for her current role at C&W | PICOR, where she began as an Assistant Property Manager and has since transitioned to Property Manager. In this position, she is actively building her portfolio and enhancing her expertise in property management.
