Ashley Chiquete, a native Tucsonan known for her leadership and relationship building, is a commercial property manager with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR. She joined the team in 2021 in a support role and quickly advanced to oversee a portfolio comprised of retail, office, and industrial properties.  Ashley prides herself in direct and forthright communications as the foundation for long-lasting relationships with property owners, tenants and suppliers alike. Her past experience includes 12 years in a retail setting, serving as a store manager and attending the retailer’s leadership academy.  She holds her Arizona real estate license and is a member of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Tucson.
