Redyns Development purchased the 11,036 square foot medical building at 1620 W. St. Mary’s Road from St. Mary’s Silverbell Building, LLC for $2,900,000.  The building is leased to Arizona Oncology.  Stephen Cohen and Russ Hall, SIOR, GSCS, Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the buyer and Mike Sandahl, Wyatt Campbell and Buzz Isaacson of CBRE represented the seller.
