4.49 AC LAND, SILVERBELL RD. IN CONTINENTAL RANCH, MARANA, AZ

Leman Academy of Excellence, Inc. purchased approximately 4.49 acres of vacant land from Silverbell Cortaro, LLC for $1,275,000.  Leman Academy of Excellence will open a charter school in July 2015 across from the Town of Marana’s public library on Silverbell Rd. in Continental Ranch.  Patrick Welchert, SIOR, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the buyer and David Montijo with CBRE, represented the seller in this transaction.
