 Nevada Equity Partners purchased Swanway Plaza at 4700 – 4730 E. Broadway in Tucson, from Swanway Development Company for $10,350,000.  The property is occupied by Walgreens, Guitar Center, Anna’s Linnens and Ace Hardware.  Swanway Plaza was originally occupied by Goodmans Supermarkets in the 1950’s and built by Dell Webb & Roy Drachman.  The property has been held by an East Coast investor for the past four decades.  Swanway Plaza is approximately 60,000 square feet on almost six acres of land.  Greg Furrier, Principal and Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the seller in this transaction.
