Shared Services Center Tucson leased 60,405 square feet at 6223 S. Palo Verde from Wabash Hillcrest Regency, LP.  The tenant, an affiliate of Northwest Medical Center and Oro Valley Hospital, plans to create 200 new jobs in the Tucson region as a provider of business office support services. Rick Kleiner, MBA, Principal and Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, and Jim Eaton with Geis Realty Group, Inc. represented the tenant. Tim Healy and Bob DeLaney with CBRE represented the landlord in this transaction.
