BodyCentral Physical Therapy purchased a 4,133 square foot building at 7493 E. Tanque Verde Rd. (Lot 56 of Tanque Verde Place) in Tucson from TVP Development, LLC for $907,760.  This is BodyCentral Physical Therapy’s fourth facility serving the Tucson market.  Aaron LaPrise, Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the buyer in this transaction.  The seller was represented in house by Jordan Simon.
