Chispas, LLC purchased an 18,550 square foot industrial warehouse located at 850 & 860 E. 17^th St. in Tucson.  The property was purchased for $840,000 from the Norman F. Thomas and Mary Lucille Thomas Trust, and Alfred and Louise Thomas Family Trust.  Aire Filter Products, a leader in the industry with over 50 years’ of meeting commercial, industrial and residential air quality needs, will occupy the building.
