Propeller Properties LLC purchased Halmark Apartments, a 9,024-square-foot investment property at 3130 E. 4th St. in Tucson. The 12-unit apartment property was purchased from AZBAHAY LLC for $2,310,000. Allan Mendelsberg and Joey Martinez, Principals and Multifamily Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties. 

 

Nido 3, LLC purchased Mission Apartments, a 12,432-square-foot investment property at 8908-8936 S. Nogales Hwy in Tucson. The 14-unit apartment complex was purchased from Missions Enterprises AZ LLC for $850,000. Allan Mendelsberg and Joey Martinez, Principals and Multifamily Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties. 

 

Kentucky Fried Chicken purchased a retail pad at Las Plazas at Old Vail, Northwest corner of Old Vail and Houghton, Lot 1 in Tucson, from OVP Development Company, LLC for $700,000. LEASE  

 

Tucson Medical Center leased the 3,996 square foot retail building at 5310 E. Grant Rd., from TMC Holdings, Inc., to be a retail pharmacy. Richard M. Kleiner, MBA, Principal, Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties.  

 

Tucson Medical Center leased the 2,547 square foot medical office at Wilmot Office Park, 1951 N. Wilmot Rd., Bldg. 1 Unit 4, from Slumber, LLC. Richard M. Kleiner, MBA, Principal, Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the tenant. Bonnie Aaronson with Oxford Realty Advisors, represented the landlord. 

 

Sunset Hospice, LLC leased 2,371 square feet of office space at 17 W. Wetmore Rd., Suite 100 in Tucson, from Coronado Tower Tucson, LLC. Thomas J. Starbucks Corporation leased 2,160 square feet of retail space at Randolph Plaza, 4202 E. 22nd St. in Tucson, from A&C Properties, Inc. Watching over Mothers and Babies Foundation leased the 1,933 square foot medical office at 5245 E. Knight Dr. in Tucson, from TMC Holdings, Inc. Richard M. Kleiner, MBA, Principal, Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord. 

 

Summit Funding, Inc. leased 1,499 square feet of office space at 5151 E. Broadway Blvd., Suite 790 in Tucson, from KCI-Broadway, LLC, Scott Seldin-Broadway, LLC, Belmont-Broadway, LLC, Tucson 5151 Investments, LLC. Thomas J.
