Subto Fund LLC purchased Coronado Vistas, a 15,305-square-foot investment property at 4424 E. Bellevue St. in Tucson. The 21-unit apartment property was purchased from Bellevue 21, LLC for $1,850,000. Allan Mendelsberg and Joey Martinez, Principals and Multifamily Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties. 

 

Ventana Canyon Investments, LLC purchased Stone Casitas, a 3,650-square-foot investment property at 10 W. Rillito St. & 2201 N. Stone Ave. in Tucson. The 7-unit apartment property was purchased from Stone Mountain Avenue LLC for $820,000. LEASE 

 

Real Floors, Inc. renewed their lease with Walker Tucson Property, LLC for 14,500 square feet of industrial space at 1861 W. Grant Rd., Suite 105 in Tucson. Robert Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, Principal, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord. 

 

R.E. Michel Company, LLC renewed their lease with AP&D Investments, LLP for 10,400 square feet of industrial space at 3645 E. Golf Links Rd. in Tucson. Robert Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, Principal, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord. 

 

Meyer Logistics leased 2,819 square feet of industrial space at Eastside Research Commerce Center, 1775 S. Pantano Rd., Suite 160 & 170 in Tucson, from Eastside Center, LLC. Jesse Blum, SOIR, Principal, Alex Demeroutis, and Paul Hooker, SIOR, Principal, Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord. 

 

Zebas Law Firm, LLC leased 2,435 square feet of office space at 2230 E. Speedway Blvd., Suite 120 in Tucson, from Platinum Rule, LLC.
