Hercules Capital, parent of Hercules Industries, bought a 31,682 square foot industrial building at 3195 E. 36th Street, in Tucson from Horizon Relocation Services, LLC.  Hercules Industries provides a full line of products for heating and air conditioning systems to contractors throughout the Western United. Russell W. Hall, SIOR, GSCS and Stephen D. Cohen, Principals and Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller in this transaction and Chad Ackerley of Commercial Properties, Inc. (CPI) represented the buyer.
