The 9,550 square-foot complex was purchased from Hostetler Properties, LLC for $1,520,000. The Riley Family Revocable Living Trust purchased 2.53 acres of industrial land at 3441 E. Global Loop in Tucson, from Pegasus Properties, LP for $260,000. Stephen D.
