BodyCentral Physical Therapy, PC leased 2,926 square feet of retail space in Wilmot Plaza, located at the northeast corner of Broadway Blvd. and Wilmot Rd. in Tucson, from DSW Wilmot Plaza, LP.    BodyCentral has offered and provided the Tucson community with quality, evidence-based treatment for all musculoskeletal problems since its opening in 2001.  This will be their sixth location serving the Tucson market.  Aaron LaPrise, Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the tenant.  Alan Tanner and Brig Stevens with Bourn Advisory Services, represented the landlord in this transaction.
