The 24-unit apartment property was purchased from Casitas On Country Club, LLC for $2,720,000. BLF Main, LLC purchased 3,457 square feet of office space at Old Farm Executive Office Park, 6075 E. Grant Rd. in Tucson, from 6075 E. Grant, LLC for $577,319. Thomas J.
