Freeway Clover, LLC purchased a 32,508 square-foot industrial, multi-tenant business park from Long Meadow Ranch, Inc.  The northwest Tucson investment property, located in Freeway Industrial Park at 3248 & 3260 N. Freeway Industrial Loop, was purchased for $2,495,000.  Principal Robert C. Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, handled this transaction.

 

ZRYW, LLC purchased the 8,000 square-foot BMC Mattress in Santa Cruz Plaza from Santa Cruz Holding, LLC and Santa Cruz Center, LLC for $894,600.  Santa Cruz Plaza is located at Ajo Way and Interstate-19 in Tucson and anchored by Fry’s Food and Burlington.   Principal Dave Hammack, Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR and Charles W. Simpson, with Cushman & Wakefield Los Angeles, handled this transaction.

 

Winstel Apartments, LLC purchased 8,950 square feet of multifamily space from David and Mary Bizak.   Winstel Park Apartments, an 11-unit apartment complex located at 3322 N. Winstel Blvd. in Tucson, was purchased for $750,000.  Principal Allan Mendelsberg, Multifamily Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the buyer in this transaction.  Marc Luety with Keller Williams Southern Arizona, represented the seller.

 

WMBC Holdings, LLC purchased a 9,573 square-foot industrial property located in Peppertree Ranch Business Park at 7701 N. Business Park Dr. in Marana, AZ.   The building was purchased from 7701 N. Business Park Drive, LLC for $700,000.  WMBC Holdings will remodel the building to house Wicked Monkey Brewing Company, a new micro-brewery in Marana.  Russell W. Hall, SIOR, GSCS, and Stephen D. Cohen, Principals and Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, handled this transaction.

 

Benjys, LLC purchased a 2,550 square-foot airport parking property located on 4.18 acres at 6627 S. Tucson Blvd. in Tucson.  The former Park N Fly parking lot location was purchased from 6627 Tucson Blvd., LLC for $550,000.  Principal Robert C. Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, handled this transaction.

 

KC Posse, LLC purchased 1,480 square feet of office/retail space located at 55 S. La Canada Dr. in Green Valley, AZ.  The single-tenant building was purchased from Malco Enterprises, Inc. for $364,000.   Principal Rob Tomlinson, Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller in this transaction.  Alexandra Hardie with Buzz Isaacson Realty, LLC, represented the buyer.

 

KJPB Investments, LLC purchased 5,723 square feet of industrial space, located at 1809 E. 23rd St. in Tucson, from Tucson Alcoholic Recovery Home, Inc. for $100,000.  Principal Ron Zimmerman and Max Fisher, Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller in this transaction.  Rachel Schlanger and Patrick Teske, with Tierra Antigua Realty, represented the buyer.

 

LEASE

 

Caldwell Construction, LLC leased 2,560 square feet of retail space, located at 3238 E. District St. in Tucson, from Roy H. Rogers GC Trust, LLC.  Principal Brandon Rodgers, SIOR, CCIM, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, handled this transaction.

 

Cardinal Financial Company, LP leased 2,134 square feet of office space at 5151 E. Broadway Blvd., Suite 510 in Tucson, from KCI-Broadway, LLC.  Office Specialists and Principals, Thomas J. Nieman and Richard M. Kleiner, MBA, with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord; David Montijo with CBRE, Tucson, represented the tenant in this transaction.
