Sanchez Properties, LLC purchased 4.10 acres of land at Rita Ranch Commerce Center Lot 7, 9368 E. Old Vail Rd. in Tucson, from Rita Commerce Development Co. for $520,000. 4 Leaf Investments, LLC purchased a 4,800-square-foot commercial building situated on 0.97 acres of land in Willcox, AZ. Lots 1-6, Block 28, identified as 349 S. BroadPath, Inc. renewed their lease with La Mirada, LLC for 21,881 square feet of office space located on the second and third floors in Courtyard Center, 6400 E. Grant Rd. in Tucson. Richard M.
