Wasko Modern, LLC purchased Wasko Apartments, a 38-unit apartment complex located at 2302 E. Fort Lowell Rd. in Tucson. The investment property consisting of 30,280 square feet of multifamily space, was purchased from Wasko Modern Apartments LLC for $5,275,000.  Allan Mendelsberg, Principal and Conrad Martinez, Multifamily Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties in this transaction.

 

Fast River, LLC and Square West, LLC purchased Miramonte at Third Apartments, a 61-unit apartment complex located at 811-835 N. Alvernon Way in Tucson.  The investment property consisting of 38,491 square feet of multifamily space was purchased from ZFI, LLC & KMS Properties, LLC for $3,950,000.  Allan Mendelsberg, Principal and Conrad Martinez, Multifamily Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties in this transaction.

 

AZ 1647 Santa Rita, LP purchased University Bungalows, a 7-unit apartment complex, located at 1647 N. Santa Rita Ave. in Tucson.  The investment property consisting of 2,490 square feet of multifamily space was purchased from Santa Rita 7, LLC for $855,000.  Allan Mendelsberg, Principal and Conrad Martinez, Multifamily Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties in this transaction.

 

LEASE

 

National Mentor Healthcare, LLC, d/b/a Arizona Mentor, renewed their lease with Sahuaro Blossom Properties, LLC for 7,414 square feet of office space located at 8257 E. Broadway Blvd. in Tucson.  Thomas J. Nieman and Stephen D. Cohen, Principals with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction. Victor E. Salvino, IV, with Mohr Partners, Inc., Dallas, represented the tenant.

 

Ice Nice, LLC leased 4,200 square feet of industrial space, located at 4101 S. Longfellow Ave., Suites 103-105 in Tucson, from Robert G. and Elizabeth Beckwith. Max Fisher, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, handled this transaction.

 

Kittleson & Associates, Inc. renewed their lease with Two East Congress, LLC, for 3,505 square feet of office space located in The Chase Building, 2 E. Congress St., Suite 750 in Tucson.   Richard M. Kleiner, MBA, Principal and Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the tenant in this transaction.

 

Desi Mall, LLC leased 1,870 square feet of retail space located at 4662 E. Speedway Blvd. in Tucson, from RAME Family, LLC.  Ron Zimmerman, Principal and Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.

 

Prototron Circuits Southwest, Inc. leased 1,500 square feet of industrial space in the 44th Street Business Park, 3790 E. 44th St., Suites 202 and 256 in Tucson, from RR44, Inc.  Max Fisher, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, handled this transaction.

 

Lipp Insurance and Financial Services, d/b/a State Farm Insurance, leased 954 square feet of office space in Marketplace On Broadway, located on the southwest corner of Broadway Blvd. and S. Kino Pkwy. in Tucson, from Broadway Tucson Investors, LLC.  Rob Tomlinson and Greg Furrier, Principals and Retail Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.

 

Ashley Moler, DC, LLC leased 844 square feet of office space from Central Point Tucson, LLC, in the Central Point Business Plaza, 3957 E. Speedway Blvd., Suite 201 in Tucson.  Molly Mary Gilbert, Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.
