Menlo Townhomes, LLC purchased a 7,070 square foot apartment complex comprised of 10 units at Menlo Townhomes, 1331-1349 W. Pennington St. in Tucson, from Phelps Western Investments LLP for $1,340,000. Joey Martinez, Multifamily Specialist, and Allan Mendelsberg, Principal, Multifamily Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the buyer. Robert Lamb with Long Realty Company (Campbell), represented the seller. 

 

Wiley Coyote LLC purchased Casitas on Los Altos, a 9,334 square-foot investment property at 3025 N. Los Altos Ave. in Tucson. The 12-unit apartment property was purchased from GP Corner LLC for $1,225,000. Extra Bacon, LLC purchased 11,775 square feet of industrial space at 3650 N. Oracle Rd., in Tucson, from JDLR3650 LLC for $1,100,000. Taco Bell purchased a 46,132 square foot pad site at the SWC of Ajo & Camino de Oeste in Tucson, from ADG Ajo, LLC for $879,854. Ideal Ranch Holdings LLC purchased 10,500 square feet of industrial space at 8210 S. Nogales Hwy., in Tucson, from Diane Mundy for $835,000. Stone Ave. in Tucson, from Roadside Bench, LLC. RGS Ventures operates Barrio Rentals, Tucson’s largest vacation home manager on Airbnb, locally owned and operated. Stephen D. U.S. Coast Guard Recruiting Command leased 2,200 square feet of retail space at Marketplace On Broadway, 1800 E. Broadway Blvd., Suite 2 in Tucson from Broadway Tucson Investors, LLC. Rob Tomlinson and Greg Furrier, Principals and Retail Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord. Natalie Furrier, Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the tenant. 

 

Starbucks Corporation leased a to be built freestanding 2,200 square foot freestanding drive through building at Wilmot Place, SWC Broadway Blvd. & Wilmot Rd. in Tucson, from DSW IREF.  Starbucks joins Angie’s Lobster which is under construction at the shopping center, as well as recently opened Sweet Tomatoes and Dollar Tree.  Additionally, a new anchor tenant is soon to be announced! Alexandria Lopez and Francisco Lopez, Love Everlasting Ministries dba The Answer: A Biblical Counseling Center renewed their lease with CALDOR Investments of Arizona, LLC for 2,146 square feet of office space at Ina Corporate Center, 3275 W. Ina Rd., Suite 215 in Tucson. Thomas J. Nieman, Principal, Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord. 

 

Starbucks Corporation leased a newly constructed freestanding 2,050 square foot building at 32nd St. & Ave 8E,  in Yuma, from C5 Properties LLC. This is the 9th Yuma area store lease transaction completed by Greg Furrier, Principal, Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR.

 

Joseph Brown and Associates, LLC renewed their lease with LLJ Holdings LLLP for 1,560 square feet of office space at Broadway Midtown Plaza, 2530 E. Broadway Blvd., Suite D in Tucson.
