KB Homes purchased Rancho Del Lago Block 47, 13051 E. Mary Ann Cleveland Way in Vail, from Vail Convenience Market, LLC for $4,050,000. Aaron LaPrise, Principal, Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, handled the transaction. 

 

Wetmore Tucson, LLC purchased the 38,464 square foot office building at 800 E. Wetmore Rd. in Tucson, from Wetmore 800, LLC for $2,400,000. Richard M. Kleiner, MBA, and Thomas J.
