Tucson I-Buyer purchased Roger Plaza, a 14,200-square-foot investment property at 222, 228, 230, & 236 W. Roger Rd. in Tucson. The 16-unit apartment property was purchased from Bundy Family Properties LLC for $1,900,000. Allan Mendelsberg and Joey Martinez, Principals and Multifamily Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the buyer. Bob Collopy with Fort Lowell Realty & Property Management, represented the seller. 

 

Vermont, LLC purchased Los Altos Apartments, a 4,725-square-foot investment property at 2614 N. Los Altos Ave., in Tucson. The 9-unit apartment property was purchased from Nine Doors Down LLC for $975,000.
