Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR expanded its commercial real estate team this week with the addition of Jason Abraham Shaltiel, a specialist in the brokerage of office and healthcare properties. Before joining C&W | PICOR, Shaltiel began his real estate career with a high-producing boutique residential brokerage in Tucson. He brings a background in business development, marketing, and sales to the team, and his experience in journalism provides a relevant skillset in ethics, research, and communication.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Shaltiel is actively involved in the Tucson community, volunteering with organizations and boards such as Felicia’s Farm, the Tucson Community Kollel, and Jewish Philanthropies of Southern Arizona. Barbi Reuter, CEO of C&W | PICOR says, “Jason shares our passion for serving the region outside of the office and understands the deep connections between the business community, non-profits, and civic efforts.”
Jason Shaltiel completed his bachelor’s degree at Baruch College in New York before moving to Tucson four years ago. When away from the office, he enjoys exploring Web3, playing basketball, and traveling with his wife. Speaking on his decision to join employee-owned C&W | PICOR, Shaltiel said, “I am most looking forward to diving deeper into the Tucson real estate market while working and learning from the best commercial real estate professionals in the city who have an extensive network of investors, developers, and other professionals in the industry. I am eager to utilize my skills and collaborate with the team to achieve outstanding results for our clients.”
