UHS of Tucson, LLC purchased Palo Verde Behavioral Health, the 76,770 square foot behavioral health hospital and medical office building at 2695 N. Craycroft Rd., Tucson, from TMC Holdings, Inc., for $19,065,000. Richard M. Kleiner, MBA, Principal, Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller.   

 

Ranch 1208 LLC purchased 1,680 square feet of office space at 1208 W. Roger Rd., in Tucson, from LOJC2 LLC for $289,000.
