A private investment group purchased a multi-property 42,722 total square foot medical investment portfolio from an undisclosed investment REIT for a total price of $6,150,000. The portfolio consisted of multiple leased medical buildings located at 4892 N. Stone Ave., and the Green Valley Medical Mall at 1055 N. La Canada Dr., Thomas J. Nieman, Principal, Office Specialist, and Bryce Horner, Capital Markets Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller.
