Tucson, AZ – Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR is pleased to announce its selection to manage the portfolio holdings of Vast Real Estate, significantly growing its third-party property management client base. The newly awarded contract encompasses 11 buildings, totaling approximately 300,000 square feet (sf) of commercial space, and brings 84 commercial businesses under C&W | PICOR’s oversight.
The addition includes a combination of full-service operational oversight, tenant relations and accounting. Notably, C&W | PICOR will provide services to both Sierra Vista and Benson, Arizona. C&W | PICOR began phased management of the portfolio in late 2024, with full integration of all properties to be completed in January 2025.
