PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services will manage Tucson Medical Center’s non-hospital properties, which total more than 2 million square feet, PICOR announced Thursday.
The group will provide on-site management for the properties as well as brokerage services at Tucson Medical Park, El Dorado Health Campus, the Atrium Office Building on East Grant Road and other assets located throughout the area.
