309 & 311 W Elm St LLC purchased Elm Apartments, a 10,800-square-foot investment property at 309 & 311 W. Elm St. in Tucson. The 8-unit apartment property was purchased from 309 & 311 Elm St, LLC for $1,680,000. Allan Mendelsberg and Joey Martinez, Principals and Multifamily Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties. 

 

7th Street University Investments, LLC purchased 7th Street Apartments, a 5,150-square-foot investment property at 829-835 E. 7th St. in Tucson.
