Tucson’s Select Top Office Leases for Q3 2011

The following is an account of the Tucson market’s top 10 office lease transactions for third quarter 2011.

Providence Service Corp. leased 22,667 square feet at 1161-1181 N El Dorado Place in Tucson. PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services represented both sides of the transaction. Tom Knox represented the tenant while Thomas Nieman represented the landlord, HSL Properties, Inc.

B/E Aerospace leased the entire 13,652-square-foot property at 1851 S Pantano Road in Tucson. Richard Graham of Graham Real Estate Advisors represented the tenant. Peter Douglas of PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Burl Holdings LLC.

Psomas Engineering leased 12,600 square feet on the fourth floor at 333 E Wetmore Road in Tucson. Mark Irvin of Mark Irvin Commercial Real Estate Services LLC represented the tenant. Rick Kleiner of PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Pearlmark Real Estate Partners.

Aetna Life Insurance Co. leased 12,239 square feet on the first floor at 5431 E Williams Blvd. in Tucson. Suzanne Drake of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant. Philip Skillings of Bourn Advisory Services LLC represented the landlord in-house.

GSA leased 8,760 square feet on the second floor at 333 E Wetmore Road in Tucson. Timothy Pavek of Carpenter/Robbins Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant. Rick Kleiner of PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Pearlmark Real Estate Partners.

Grand Canyon University leased 5,492 square feet on the second floor at 5099 E Grant Road in Tucson. Todd Noel of Colliers International represented the tenant. Rick Kleiner and Tom Knox of PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, TMC Holdings, Inc.

The Pain Center leased 5,024 square feet on the first floor at 1704 W Anklam Road in Tucson. Richard Gobeille of Rein & Grossoehme represented the tenant. Thomas Nieman of PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Healthcare Realty Services.

Principal Financial Group leased 4,935 square feet on the first floor at 3430 E Sunrise Drive in Tucson. Tari Auletta of Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant. David Volk of CBRE represented the landlord, United Insurance of America.

Merrill Lynch leased 4,696 square feet on the first floor at 5210 E Williams Circle in Tucson. Jim Sadler and Jason Moore of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant. Peter Casey of The Colton Company represented the landlord, W Howard Riley 2004 Living Tr.

Dunn & Bradstreet leased 4,641 square feet on the third floor at 5210 W Williams Circle in Tucson. Peter Casey of The Colton Company represented the landlord, W. Howard Riley 2004 Living Tr.
